Anyone know if theres an oblivion multiplayer mod?

Exactly what the title says. My friend is waayyyy into the series, and she wants me to play, but single player games just dont entertain me like multiplayer games do anymore.

I was, for a while, part of a team trying to make one. We got as far as other players appearing as NPCs, a chat system and NPCs following roughly where the other players were. It was ridiculously difficult, so it got scrapped. Others might have done another though, try searching TESNexus.com?

I remember that project. I also remember telling myself: "yeah, that'll never happen". It'd be too hard to get it right I think.

I miss the "Chuck Norris in Oblivion" series lol. Flaming dead hookers falling from the sky and Sean Connery as the super villain; it was epic and actually got me interested in the game.
