Right, never mind. I was thinking that if it was made with an older version, there might be issues, but I can't think of any issues I've ever had with backwards compatibility with BTW.

That's probably one of the more laudable things about this mod, now that I'm thinking about it.

One of FC's many philosophies is that he does not want to break any existing contraptions, so I doubt there would be any problems.

Yeah it is pretty damn large. I get lost in it as well as Generikb's world. Great stuff though, I appreciate the upload.

Just to prevent any further arguments in this direction, I compressed the folder with 7zip on Ultra setting and it was only 1.5MB smaller.
And really 1 hour for the download isn't anything to complain about. If you had dial up and needed 5-10 hours for the download I would perhaps take pity on you and try to compress it, but in one hour you have downloaded the map long before anyone here can even react and reupload it.

This is actually a really great world! It helped me get some of the more... confusing elements of BTW as I get started.

Hmm, I'd love to play on this world, but it seems that the download isn't working for me. It downloads to 0.5 MB, and then stops and doesn't download any more. And it's not my Internet, that's for sure. Everything else is downloading quite snappily.

It's working fine for me. It seems to be downloading really slowly though, so maybe your browser/download manager is thinking it's stalling or something?

Yeah, maybe I should try it in something other then Chrome... Maybe IE, it never really got caught up to the broadband era. Hm, maybe you could use a different hosting service for your download, like Mediafire? Because I did the math and at my speed of 21 Kb/s it would take me 11 hours 22 minutes and 54 seconds to download the 87 MB file.
