[BTW 4.89 Phillip] Tipped kiln doesn't empty of bricks(item)

a tipped kiln or cauldron does not empty the item brick inside. nether bricks items work fine.

That's a feature, not a bug. Bricks are still able to be used as "filler" within Cauldrons and Crucibles.
