concentrated hellfire beacons no longer work under the BTW 4.99999A0D Marsupial??!! both in overworld and nether.

Fixed for next release.

In my long absence I had forgotten I had implemented the beacon code to only be able to handle one beacon effect per blockID, so the ender blocks were overriding the effect of concentrated hellfire (they both share the same blockID).

Just wrote up a new system that's capable of handling multiple effects per block based on metadata, so all good now.
