When I Log In I get Black Screen

Hi I recently installed this mod and have had many problems, First when I hit a block my minecraft crashed, but now when ever i log in the screen goes black. I am sure i deleted meta inf and installed it correctly with forge and mod loader, I have also installed it without mods since ive deleted my bin so many times i decided to try it with just that mod, and it still has the black screen, so i know no mods are conflicting. Any Ideas?

Usual questions :
- Deleted the bin folder, or the entire .minecraft folder ? It's better to do the 2nd, to make sure you removed the /mods folder.
- Sure you have the latest version of Modloader & MCForge ? If not 100% sure, download them again.
- Properly drag and drop the file in the .jar ? You can't place them in the /mods folder.
- Deleted meta-inf ? You said yes already, so that's not it.
- Other mods installed ? You said none, but are you tryin' to play on an old world, where you had mods before ?
If so, try to create a new world. You might have some blocks/items from an old mod in your world, so it's gonna crash everytime you log in.

I have deleted my .minecraft too and i will try re downloading the mods and deleting my saves just in case

Make a backup of your save dude, don't forget that ;)

im in the middle of what i said i was to do and now i was just wondering if it was compatible with Too Many Items and Single Player commands Just Because i would like to install them?
