[4.69] Destruction Overlay Doesn't Display

In 4.69 the block destruction animation/overlay doesn't display, but the blocks do change color. I've tested this with vanilla, HD texture packs, and with MCPatcher features on and off. Worked fine in 4.68.

Not all blocks seem to be affected. Grassy dirt and logs behave fine, for example, while cobble, stone, dirt and planks don't.

Already fixed. 'b' version shortly.
