Effects of Optifine

So ive observed the usual thing that well using optifine you dont get dragon obrs, however i have also found that sometimes it breaks redstone lines on gearboxes and BD's and you can swim with SFS armor.

I have not observed this. My mob farm works fine and (mostly) optifine is running fine.

I believe you need to install optifine first. As it (for some reason) replaces a file which FC uses to do the steel armor effects.
