So...FlowerChild is, in fact, a Snozzberry constructor? That sounds quite lovely.

You might say he is the magical Snozzfairy from deep space, coming around once every winter solstice to distribute his snozzberries to the good little boys and girls. He might even come to your house in a few months ;)

There'd probably need to be a lot more red wool involved. As RenEvo can probably attest, the material of choice lately is cobblestone. ;)

yes, but. This one struck me quite hard in the childhood. As time goes on more and more of my childhood shall be consumed until I am but an old and surly thing, but until then these things hurt.

but yeah. he was (thankfully) not my favorite childhood author. But I did enjoy the chocolate factory and the glass elevator. And my realization that he was a twisted bastard simultaneously makes me amused and sick.

Bah. I disagree with this entirely.

Snozberries in this context obviously refers to the balls, not the penis. And it's not that snozberries is inherently dirty. Sometimes we simply refer to the testicles as berries because, as metaphors go, it's low hanging fruit.
