Hello!! Anyone here from the forum could tell me why can not I make soul urn? Every time I do when I place the eighth groud netherrack the hopper overflows and a ghast born.

The urn (after you have cooked it in a kiln) has to be placed (like a block) underneath a powered hopper.

You likely either didn't power the hopper, or you're placing the urn in the hopper (that was the old method).

I always forget something when I try that.
You have to make sure the hopper is connected to mechanical power.
The urn has to be placed underneath the hopper.
