Crash when opening inventory.

I've installed BTW alongside Somnia, the Zeppelin Mod, Smartmove and some of Rusigami's stuff. Everything played nice together in 1.2.3. Today I tried upgrading to 1.2.4. Minecraft loads fine, worlds load fine, but when I hit "e" for my inventory, I get a Saving chunks crash. I've tested this across all my worlds. Creative mode opens it's menu fine, but the error repeats in all survival worlds.

I'm going to try all the different mods in combination to see where the problem might be myself. But If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate the help.

::Edit:: Apparently a different install order solves the problem. I still have no idea what went wrong, per se, but I've killed a chicken and prayed to Zarathustra so now it works.

Could you post this particular install order ? The one working fine, of course ^^

It might help other people having the same issue.

Yeah, if I knew I would. I just started adding things to the jar one at a time. I think it was Modloader, BTW, Zeppelin, Player API, smartmove, then somnia. But I'm not sure, and I'm not sure what the borked order was either.

I know that Player API conflicts with BTW. That may have been your problem.

I think you are right. I know I did BTW after playerAPI in one version, and the opposite in another. I just don't remember which one worked in the end.

I suspect it would crash if you overwrite player API with mine. There's nothing in my code that should cause a crash if that file is absent. If I remember right, you won't be able to climb ropes if you overwrite the BTW one, and you won't get the composite bow animations, but that should be it.

Smartmove seems to read the ropes as a climbable object anyway. So you can still climb the rope.

I'll have to see about the composite bow animation problem.
