I think you need to check it's settings. Looks like the refresh rate is a bit low :P

Very cool! You clearly have a lot of spare time on your hands.

Are you a wizard?

Did you sell your soul to Herobrine or something?

Pfft. Should've actually checked the video. Then again, now that I think about it, your intro wasn't on there, so I should've suspected that. ^^;

Either way, this man is still a god of redstone. I didn't count, but that'd have to be upwards of about 500 rows (probably more) of work for such a small 'clip'.

Hmm... I wonder how many bytes of data that array holds. Be interesting to see how the 360 byte PROM racetrack array I'm working on stacks up.

ROM because after blowing code into it once it would be about as easy to build a fresh array than to erase and start over. Then again, BDs might allow for easier reprogramming if the timing was just right...

1 frame need 12 bytes, and there's at least 100 frames, if not 200, so ... a lot :)
And you can use a sticky pistons instead of RS torches, with a Nor Latch for each, to make it RAM instead of ROM, but it's twice as big as what this guy did.
Check teapoted on youtube, he's got some good design :

Yeah, I'm probably going to be called out for making very heavy use of pistons to make my memory banks. Basically it's going to be an array of six massive loops similar to this one. Only around four times the total length by the time it gets stacked up and doubled over.

Behold my powers of threadomancy!

*ahem* I mean, this video is very impressing and I don't even want to think about the wiring for it:

Man, I really need to get off my arse and finish that parody of Pinball Wizard for all the great Redstone wizards out there.

He's a redstone wizard
He says it's all legit
The redstone wizard
Has such a supple pick
