Actually I've heard that eating more often, 6-8 times per day will keep you thinner and healthier than eating between 1-3 meals...Mostly because those of us who only eat a few times a day tend to take in much larger portions in one sitting, while the sporadic eater will have a higher metabolism. :)Battosay wrote:I eat like 3, but I'm only 78kg :o
