Falling Through Bellows

When you stand on the bellows filled up and they contract, you just fall a half step down back onto the bellow. When it fills back up, you pass through the bellow
Yeah, I knew about this when I released. Considering this problem exists with Mojang's own code (like with blocks pushed by pistons), I didn't consider it a priority. Plus, there's no practical use for lifting stuff with the Bellows.
Will fix eventually, but it's not a priority.
