Re: Welcome to Edolas (Server information)

Post by jorgebonafe »

Two brave gladiators won the game today.

Razzle was the first, and she died heroically some times, but went on and quickly solved the trials.

TheAbyss went second, and showed neverending persistence and perseverance in solving the clues.

Both warriors are now in the hall of fame, and more can join them...

I noticed I can't properly watch the player solve the puzzles and not try to help them when they are most desperate, so I made a promise to myself. I shall not give any hints, whatsoever, to anyone. That is my solemn vow...

Just two... please, pay attention to the clues, write them down if you have to. They matter.
And Batman's old master's advice. Always mind your surroundings.

The upgrades have been applied by now, the player limit is set to 15 and the server has 2gb of dedicated memory now. Family leaves in a few days, so Thursday I'll update the server and it's plugins to 1.2.

I'm in... But that would mean I would have to move out of the anarchy world...

Yup, I'll provide as much stone as needed as well as coal for that matter. ;)

I can produce cobble at a 1.6 ratio now so we definitely won't run out.

The trigger mechanism for the TNT is complete btw and we got the TNT together as well.
All we need now is a date and time. Suggestions FF?

Mhm, for DT probably goes "the earlier the better" and I don't have time tomorrow and the day after that.

I'd suggest Thursday after 6PM (GMT) but as early as possible for you. We have to ask Razzle and DT too. Maybe we could just say Thursday as soon as everybody is there.

Razzle, cowsgospace and I started an expedition to scout out a suitable place for this project.

We found a nice mountainbiome with suitable spots at 2787, -97. It has a portal already (360, -27) which is accessible via a narrow cobble bridge from the mobgrinder portal near DT's and my portals.

It's probably best if you wait for one of us showing you the way. ;)

Can count me in as well! I know I have nowhere near the amount of cobble M!C does but I beleive I may be second for "most cobble stored". Any project I can throw it on is good in my book :)

Ok guys, we have a definite date and time for our TNT project. Everyone involved has been asked and agreed that we are going to flick the switch tomorrow, Thursday 22.03.2012 around 6 PM GMT (33 hours after this post).

Start the countdown!

Nice, I doubt my cobble will be enough since we probably have to terraform a lot to get a mountain big enough for the city.

Are there any plans to limit the world size in anarchy? Having an infinite world is IMO recipy for boredom.

Here are some bukkit plugins for it

It can be big, but there should be a limit.
