Hey guys I think its time to get a game night going where we all get on the server on a certain night and play together. Weather it be a big group project or just hanging out on the TS while doing random things on the server. I miss all my edolians and we totally need to get back into playing. Any thoughts on what would be a good day? I was thinking something like the last three days of the week sometime? (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

That reminds me, server has been updated. :P

Im free pretty much anytime atm :p , I have been checking but it seems nobody it on and I go back to my project in SSP

Well poke me in IRC sometime lost I would probably get on. I need to find something to work on though :P

Unless you go on you and others like who wont go on.
Cracks me up when you get a big bunch of people simultaneously checking the population of a server and not going online because no one is online.

I have to agree with you there lol. I guess what keeps me away is the lack of things to do on the server.

hmm perhaps I should have wrote that better, either way Most of the time i log in usually do something for maybe 10 mins....nobody comes I then get ticked off because of <insert latency related incident> and go into my single player world

If someone is on, I can generally stand the latency of my internet

Well i was thinking a big fortress, I’ve been designing one in my main ssp world around this idea
We have a central tower this will be the tallest, this is storage for everything including animal then connected to this are 4 smaller towers where we try to stick in either automatic or semi-auto each one a specific purpose....eg forage, saw mill, water and maybe a small farmish thing
To these 4 towers are both a ground entrance and one on a higher floor

Then we have the "keeps" wall outside that we have a village with inhabitants and finally a stockade to protect them, we can have a huge mine underneath the central tower

These are measurements for my ssp towers 21 radius with an extra one in the middle....I hate even builds, and my supporting towers are 11 in radius lol

If anybody else has any idea's or requests, to get/keep the server more active, feel free to share them.

Additionally, the Contest is still running with rewards up for grabs! Still waiting for more submissions :D.

oo I forgot to submit my windmill! I'm gonna log on for a bit tonight :) I havnt been on btw in awhile, been messing around with a lot of stuff. My mai nproblem with I joined 2 servers and I can't seem to hit the times when people are on for either one xD


though face am I allowed to enter mine as I built the thing all by myself but used materials another player gave to me? Professor Ion provided some of the materials through his free chests in his base (the white stone floors for one, think some of the mechanical bits and stuff too) and two players helped me cut down the wood ( forget who >...>

First Floor is being built: first floor still I think, but with the white stone fully in place and the walls to enclose the floor being built: Floors 1-3 are somewhat built, look from the outside: Floor 4's actutal floor :-p Look at the finished building from afar at night: The ladders to get up, view from one of the floors: Look at the stair case outside + the windmill: Look down from the top of the stairs:

these are all the pictures I have for now :) still doing some renovating so may add more as I figure out what I wanna do xD tried to get a good outside view but can't get a decent one with both the mill and the stairs, the area is too hilly :/

hey Ion if your on at all today think you can get that nether portal to link up correctly? I'd like to use it as its much faster to get to your house from the nether. You can move it if need be :o I just don't wanna mess up another portal xD

Sorry for not playing in the server for a long time... With college and everything, if I played more then my SSP world I would just end up failing every subject :P
