Oh boy. Seriously man, the "don't grief my house" rule caused me to raise an eyebrow, but the "I won't stop people using xray" just shows a complete lack of understanding of how anarchy servers work. You simply can't play anarchy if that kind of cheating is permitted, and an experienced anarchy server op can easily spot the signs of it with or without additional tools installed.

I'd recommend just switching to a regular creative server, as no experienced anarchy player will play in this kind of environment...at least not without rage quitting.

Honestly, as the first anarchy server to declare its existence on these forums, I feel you're giving BTW anarchy play a bad name, and I'd prefer you didn't do that.

I also don't think you should be using your ability to cheat as an admin as any kind of leverage or argument. I technically could join *ANY* server with BTW installed and fly around with laser-beams shooting out of my eyes. Obviously, the community's trust in me not doing so is rather crucial for them to have an enjoyable play experience.

The very definition of anarchy is no rules. All you need for an anarchy server is to prevent xray cheating. Which given the current state of btw in smp, isn't really possible with a mod. So I don't get how protecting your house is helping anything.

You know, if there is very, very bad people they can mine all of your home secretly with tnt without you even notice it, and after a server backup ignite them. I have seen those things on such server ;)

Ok y'all convinced me. Well sort of. I still like my idea better BUT enough people disagree with my definition of anarchy that I have made changes. I still think a server base would be nice but... since I seem to be the only one who thinks that its gone. And I will just find my own place to hide.

Xray users will get one warning to turn it off. Then you will be banned.

While I may not find it that big a deal a lot of people do so I will defer to the majority.

This was actually my point. I extend trust by not burying the base server and members in turn trust that I won't cheat. Seemed like a reasonable exchange to me.

However as a majority of players on the server and off disagree with my opinion I will defer to the majority.

I concede the point on xray useage. With its glitchyness I didn't think it much mattered but fair enough *shrug*

And while I still think an anarchy server with a cooperative server base would be nice, apparently players don't agree so no more server base either.

I would love to see BTW SMP for myself, and this server seems like a good place to get started. I abscond the use of x-ray and other cheats, it honestly takes all the fun out of the game. Hope to see you soon.
