The minecraft forum BTW post.
The minecraft forum BTW post.
So, i galnced at the full OP by FC on the minecraft forum and for the first time actually saw what the very first person to respond to the thread said. Its extremely amusing in hindsight.
Re: The minecraft forum BTW post.
Having read a few more posts and then skipping to the last page.... Holy crap do these people need to get over the fact that the name does not mean the mod improves their wolves. LMAO. I cant believe that 1300 pages and one of the most succesfull MC mods later and they are still whining about the name.

The thing I found more amusing on that first page was a post from FC saying that he was unsure about using Modloader with an official SDK on the way.

Back to topic I guess:
The first comment on the thread was pretty ... ähm "interesting".

I do believe I just saw the origins of the Flying Turtles, around page 19.
On the internet you can be whatever you want. It's surprising so many people choose to be stupid.
Re: The minecraft forum BTW post.
I've just started reading the minecraft thread due to this... and wow... how much hate can one (amazing) guy get over a mod title? I'm so happy that you continued, minecraft is not the same without Better Than Wolves.Foxy Boxes wrote:I do believe I just saw the origins of the Flying Turtles, around page 19.

Yep, the turtle got hired as FC's first customer support person: Link :)Foxy Boxes wrote:I do believe I just saw the origins of the Flying Turtles, around page 19.
Later on the turtle hired on more people who would answer people when FC was asleep (or out hunting the wolf that stabbed him in the back deep in the jungle on that ill fated expedition).

Are these "focused redstone torches" what would eventually become the lens block? Will do! I've been planning out the code for the focused redstone torches, and I suspect they'll be pretty damn sweet when they're done
This...all of this...is just...wonky!
Re: The minecraft forum BTW post.
I think so yes, lenses were in the OP under "future content" for a very long time and from very early on. I remember people already starting to plan on how to use them for automated farms only a few weeks after hemp was introduced.
