Wind mill and Water wheels disapeapering

A little time ago i had some problems with wind and water mills. Now the problems are more weird.
When i put the computer of and i start it and start minecraft wind and water mills where gone, and i must place them again,
but sometimes the problems are not to be seen. A very sometimes when i type a command on SPC they disapear, it happened
in a video i was making. On a new world all water mills are hard to find an when they are gone i have a problem...

They are entities just like mobs so any command that affect entities might also effect waterwheels/windmills.

Yeah, this is not a general bug with the objects in question or I'd be receiving a lot more complaints about it, but is rather likely a problem with your particular configuration.
