So yeah. Snow.

Post by Stormweaver »

I've been whiling away my evening doing a bit of reading, listening to a bit of music kinda as normal. I decide to nip outside for a quick cig break and...snow

Snow.

Freaking SNOW.

Outside all the plants are blossoming, the air is (relatively) warm, it's spring and all that jazz. SNOW.

I know england's weather is a bit weird and all, but after what I feel was the mildest winter in years, after possibly the warmest march in years (as in, it could have been summer)...snow?

I just don't even, and had to share.

Heh, weather is getting freakish by the year all over the world..

Couple of weeks ago I was sleeping with multiple layers of blankets and could not keep warm enough, today I wished I was wearing a T shirt. And tomorrow they said it might rain.

That is for sure.
Last winter it snowed and settled where I live.
Once only has snow been recorded and then it was only a tiny amount.
THen followed by some of the driest summer recorded in parts of the country. Record flooding in other parts.

I wish I could see snow more often. It snows like once every 50 years where I live - and that's not an exaggeration. I mean don't get me wrong, I like having perpetual beach weather. But it would be nice to get snow in the winters

I don´t think he talked about Minecraft. I think he talked about Real-Life. This brandnew game with awesome graphics and sound. But a lame story. -.-
However. Relax! It´s 2012, the earth will explode in an big tornado-twister thing and tsunamis and vulcanos... So next year we will have no problem with the weather.

Earth will explode..... Such nonsense.

I'm starting to believe Yahtzee's theory of "gamers wouldn't be able to cope if the world ended in any other way than a zombie apocalypse, you'dd be making zombies out of paper plates as the lava engulfed your house, just to be in your comfort zone again"

also, storm, which part of england you live in?
I live on the cumbrian coast, and there hasn't been any snow here*, you must be pretty far north :P

*just wind, rain, and more wind >_<

Our weather here in Portland has been very similar, though we don't have snow at the moment. The temperature variations have been amazing.

I love it here. My fiancee is in the Army so unfortunately, we are likely going to get moved somewhere new within the next year. That will be interesting.
