Pepsi vs Coke

Well, if it's REALLY one against the other, then It goes like this:

I like pepsi more, but drink cola more as pepsi doesn't have that much foothold around here. Never light, I absolutely loathe the way light drinks taste.

However I really don't drink either that much, there are better drinks in the world.

Nothing can compare to a can of Coke though. I think the cans have a way better taste than bottled Coke or the very inferior plastic bottles.

Both canned and bottled Coca Cola are good stuff. However, no matter how tasty the bottled stuff is, the cans are what is 'right' to me. Kind of how some recipes I cook just don't taste right with butter instead of margarine because we used margarine growing up. That kind of thing.

I've got my New York pride to uphold, so I'll stick with Pepsi. Though I only drink diet soda anymore... normal soda is too syrupy for my taste. And I'll choose knee problems due to the chemicals in diet beverages over diabetes anyday.

Ah, except sugar doesn't cause diabetes, it's a sickness where you've got problems with blood sugar levels, there's a difference.

it depends, if it's chilled (like from a drinks vending machine), Coke all the way. if it's just slightly cold (like from those rubbish open cooler things you get in stores) mountain dew.
pepsi's not bad, it just tastes a bit... chemical-y
but only from a bottle/glass, cans make everything taste wrong :P

I'd say Coke.

But that's only because I've never really actually drinken Pepsi, I guess. I mean, I have drinken it, but not as often as I have Coke meaning that I guess I don't know the difference can't really say that I really "have much of an experience" with Pepsi, or I'm not exactly sure how good it is compared to Coke.

I mean, people who hate Pepsi hate it because it's too sweeter than Coke, while People who love Pepsi love it because it's sweeter than Coke. It's one of those rare cases where even though people have passionate differences of opinion on the topic, they all share the same objective facts.

it seemsto be drinks that do that, the reason I like mountain dew so much is because it's syrupy, everyone I know that hate it, hates it for that same reason.
(at least, that's true for the british version, it's REALLY syrupy and sticky, and it seems ever so slightly more viscous than other drinks, I'm not sure what the american version is like)

Mt Dew upsets my stomach. Something in it that isn't in other pepsi products or other sodas I've drank makes me want to die. It's not caffiene...i drink an absurd amount of that already. Mt dew also tastes terrible.
