Redstone torches not sticking to some torchable surfaces

Redstone torches not sticking to some torchable surfaces

See this thread: http://sargunster.com/btwforum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7621. It's still happening in v4.84 after a fresh manual install.

In summary, redstone torches pop off of e.g. Pedestal sides whereas Torches stick.
