So here are some pictures of my first week on skyblock. Been enjoying it a lot so far, BWR has some very good gameplay. Also, I'd forgotten how bad I was at initial skyblock. Thanks for resetting my block splee.
So a villager farm first. They tend to condense in the same place, but iron golems are easy to kill in this design.
I wanted to try LittleOdieTube's mobtrap, he said it was very good, and I can confirm that =) I'll probably make it bigger once I can afford to automate it.
Crossbreeding setup: Each tilled farmland is in contact with 4 different types of plants, maximizing the possibilities of new crossbreeds. I think this is the best way to do it early on, when you're not going for specific plants. You get an even distribution of farmland, and the possibilities of crossbreed are quite high. It's also asthetical (not that I care) and easy to mantain.
Overview of my base. And yes, I did kill that golem on my way down with a bow =)
