I know this has been posted before but none of them have helped. BTW worked before with this exact same setup, but the textures only became messed up after the most recent update. In the inventory screen, they appear as the normal textures.

is your problem with vMC textures, other 16x16 textures, or a 32x32 TP?

vMC. I tried using a BTW texture pack to fix the problem, but it didn't work either.

I dont see it being a problem with your other mods, but you could try uninstalling spawner GUI and dynamic lights, to see if the problem persists.
It is not a problem with TMI of SPC, i use them both with no issues
