MP Bug: Water bucket not placing from dispenser

I couldn't get my vanilla dispenser to operate the same in single-player versus multiplayer. (In both situations, we are dealing with disabled Hardcore Bucket : this line of code fcEnableHardcoreBuckets=0)

In singleplayer, a dispenser with a water bucket will place a source block of water when powered.

In multiplayer, a dispenser with a water bucket will toss the water bucket.

I'm bumming at this discrepancy, because I'm trying to use dispensers to create a compact waterfall. Let me know if I should just go with pistons... :(

EDIT: Oh, no...it's disabled. NM.

Actually, I think I know what this might be. I'll fix it for the next release. It was the same deal with the splash potions not firing from the vanilla dispenser in SMP. Basically an init-order thingy due to my cobbled together SMP Modloader substitute code.
