What I would do in this situation is route the cobblestone and the ore to a hopper with a dispenser below it. From what I've gathered, BwF is a remake of BtW with a completely new codebase. The only reason that BtW is even needed is because they'd be violating copyright if they distributed FC's textures with their mod.
