Re: I <3 Tool
I love a lot of their work. 10.000 days (both parts) and Eulogy are probably my favourites.

Re: League of Legends
The community is the standard for the average team based competitive multiplayer game: short tempered, blind to own shortcomings, self entitled and extremely rude. Being on the internet that shouldn't come as a big surprise, and it's not a really big deal once you start realizing the opinion of ragi...

Re: Annoying and repetitive task ?
Strip mining at the level Gilberreke suggested usually has the different problem of having to leave redstone around because it slows you down too much when you're looking for other things. That gets significantly better when you get to steel, and that brings my new most annoying and repetitive thing...

Re: Pre-releases obnoxious
That is a personal gripe of mine too. It enrages me having the "fixed" version of the spawn system which only breaks the spawning part without giving the alternate option of breeding. Especially since I absolutely hate resorting to any kind of cheats or mods that change a single aspect of ...

Re: Annoying and repetitive task ?
Hollowing out underground rooms big enough for interesting projects. That's pretty much the only reason I started using Buildcraft. Also chopping down trees.

Re: 1.8, wolves, respawns.
So, in the end I managed to get myself a nice set of 4 wolves. The suggestion to go for not yet generated chunks seemed to help, as I have the feeling (but not the code digging skills to back it up meaningfully) that new biomes get generated with the suitable wildlife already present, skipping the f...

Re: 1.8, wolves, respawns.
Apparently untamed wolves still act like in previous versions, despawning the split second I run a little too far looking for a skeleton to kill by headbutting it. Same as squids, they still despawn. All other neutral mobs stay around, as I've had a chance to see myself with my frequent trips. I gue...

1.8, wolves, respawns.
Hello. On my latest BTW world I've been experiencing some frustration due to the fact that I'm right at the tech level where all I need to advance is wolf dung, but I can't seem to find any of the damn beasts anymore. Now, I've done my fair share of traveling around and looking for some, all while b...
